The 3M Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope combines the traditional functionality of a Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope with digital amplification and features, including active noise cancellation and sound wave visualization via the Eko app. It offers up to 40x amplification (at peak frequency) compared to analog mode. The stethoscope can be used in both analog and digital modes and features a tunable diaphragm on both sides of the chest piece for different frequency ranges.
